Jeana Scheffler, LPCC
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

I specialize in working with adults who struggle with ADHD, life transitions, and PTSD. My approach is centered on creating a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship where clients feel comfortable exploring their past experiences, identifying their treatment goals, and developing effective coping strategies. Together, we work to build a path forward that honors your unique journey.

In our first few sessions, we will dive into your goals, discuss the history that has shaped where you are today, and also explore the positive aspects of your life—what’s meaningful to you, and how you’ve learned to adapt and thrive.

What sets my practice apart is my commitment to bringing the best version of myself to each session. With 8 years of experience in an inpatient mental health hospital and 7 years of teaching graduate counseling students, I am passionate about mental health. I stay current with evidence-based practices to provide the best care for each individual I meet.

I am deeply passionate about this work because I believe in its transformative power to reduce suffering, improve thinking, and enhance quality of life. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to healing and growth.
